Super nutritious hash
Ingredients

Yield: 8

1 tsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 potato, chopped
1 sweet potato, chopped
1 cup red bell peppers, chopped
1 cup white onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
3 big chicken sausages, cooked and chopped
4 pieces bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup fresh persil, coarsely chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
1. Over medium heat, sauté oil and garlic for 1 minute.
2. Stir in the potatoes and let cook for about 4 minutes.
3. Add in bell peppers, onion and tomatoes stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes. 4. Add salt and pepper
5. Stir in the sausages and bacon, let cook for 3 minutes.
6. Adjust the seasoning if necessary
