Ingredients

1 lb snow peas beans
2 tsp olive oil
1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into julienne
1/2 tsp pepper flakes
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp sesame oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil. Add the now peas beans and sauté for 3 minutes.
2. Add the bell pepper and stir-fry for about 1 minute longer.
3. Add the pepper flakes. Toss for 1 minute.
4. Drizzle with the sesame oil and season with salt and pepper. 5. Serve immediately.
